No Phones During Service!

All product must be shampooed before appointment or booked a pre shampoo with service, if failed to do so you will have to reschedule appointment 

 

Arrival:

You must check in 15 minutes before appointment begins or you will be considered late 

Late: Arriving after 15 minute grace period is considered late, a full amount is still due 

Late arrivals can use remaining time of scheduled appointment

 

Reschedule/Cancel: All appointments must be cancelled 8 hours in advance or be charged the full amount 

(Refer to bottom or confirmation email, select cancel to cancel, if rescheduling select cancel then reschedule)
